Privacy Policy

How we handle account data, API usage logs, personal financial context, customer prompts, third-party model processing, and financial data returned by LLMQuant Data.

Last updated:

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how LLMQuant Data collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, dashboard, APIs, hosted MCP endpoints, agent playground, documentation, support, and related services.

LLMQuant Data is a research tooling and financial data platform. It is not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, exchange, ratings agency, tax adviser, accounting adviser, or law firm.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the service, and information we receive from service providers that help us operate LLMQuant Data.

  • Account and OAuth data: name, email address, Google OAuth profile information, session identifiers, and account preferences.
  • Billing data: Stripe customer, subscription, payment, invoice, tax, plan, and credit metadata. Stripe processes payment card details; we do not need to store full card numbers.
  • API and product telemetry: API key metadata, masked key prefixes, endpoint names, request timestamps, response status, credit usage, rate-limit events, error messages, debug logs, device data, browser data, IP address, and session cookies.
  • Customer Content: API request payloads, query parameters, agent prompts, tool-call inputs, uploaded or typed research context, personal financial context, holdings, watchlists, and support messages you submit to us.
  • Service outputs: data returned by LLMQuant Data APIs, MCP tools, and agent workflows, including financial market, filing, macro, ETF, crypto, research, and public-source data.

Service outputs may include public personal information contained in source data, such as names, roles, ownership information, transaction information, or filing records for officers, directors, investors, analysts, or other people appearing in public company, market, filing, or news records.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate LLMQuant Data, to protect the service, and to improve reliability and user experience.

  • Authenticate users, manage accounts, and maintain sessions.
  • Deliver API, MCP, dashboard, and agent workflow results.
  • Manage credits, usage limits, billing, invoices, and support.
  • Debug errors, monitor uptime, improve latency, prevent abuse, and protect service security.
  • Analyze aggregated or de-identified usage, reliability, and product metrics for product improvement, business analysis, and safety.
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms, and respond to user requests.

4. Customer Content and ownership

You retain the rights you have in your Customer Content. We do not claim ownership of your API request payloads, query parameters, prompts, personal financial context, holdings, watchlists, or support communications.

You give LLMQuant the limited rights needed to process, store, transmit, display, protect, debug, and support Customer Content for the purpose of providing and maintaining the service. This includes routing Customer Content to subprocessors when needed to complete your request.

API logs and usage metadata are service telemetry controlled by LLMQuant for operations, security, billing, support, debugging, and product analytics. If those logs include personal data or Customer Content, that information remains covered by this Privacy Policy.

5. AI and model provider processing

Some LLMQuant Data features use third-party model providers and API providers to perform inference, tool calling, safety processing, embedding, or related workflow steps. To complete your request, we may send relevant Customer Content, service outputs, and metadata to those providers.

We do not use your Customer Content or personal financial context to train foundation models unless you explicitly opt in. We also do not sell your Customer Content.

We do not control every model provider's independent retention, security, or model-improvement practices. Those practices may depend on the provider, product, account configuration, and agreement in place at the time of processing.

6. Sharing and subprocessors

We share information with service providers only when reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, or improve LLMQuant Data.

  • Infrastructure and database providers, such as hosting, storage, authentication, and database platforms.
  • Payment processors, such as Stripe, for billing, tax, fraud prevention, and payment operations.
  • AI, model, data, and API providers used to complete user-requested workflows.
  • Analytics, observability, and support tools used for reliability, security, product analytics, and customer support.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or transaction partieswhen required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, corporate transactions, or protection of rights, safety, and security.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and reliability, support billing and tax records, resolve disputes, comply with law, or enforce our terms.

You may contact us to request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. We will delete or de-identify information that we are not required or permitted to retain. Some copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or archival systems until ordinary retention cycles complete.

8. Cookies, security, and transfers

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect sessions, remember preferences, measure product usage, and operate the website and dashboard.

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

LLMQuant Data and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate.

9. Your choices, contact, and changes

You can stop using the service, revoke API keys, delete MCP tokens, disconnect supported integrations, and contact us about account or data requests. Some settings may be available directly in the dashboard.

LLMQuant Data is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Last updated date and may provide additional notice through the website, dashboard, or email.
